By accessing or using PL Prodigy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or linking accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining account security.

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• attempting to bypass limits, controls, or security systems,
• automating abuse, scraping, or unauthorized data extraction,
• interfering with service stability or other users,
• using the platform for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive activity.

If you submit content (including posts, usernames, or profile data), you are responsible for that content. You grant us a limited license to host and display submitted content as needed to operate the service.

Paid memberships and trials are managed through third-party commerce tools, including Buy Me a Coffee and connected automation workflows. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and trial terms are governed by those systems.

PL Prodigy integrates with third-party services (for example Clerk, Discord, YouTube, and Buy Me a Coffee). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Features that use YouTube API Services are also subject to theYouTube Terms of Service.

Site code, branding, design, and original content are owned by PL Prodigy or used under license. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute protected materials without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific outcomes, or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PL Prodigy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access when needed to protect users, infrastructure, legal compliance, or service integrity.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
