Prepare for
your lesson.

Install Zoom Workplace on the device you’ll use to talk to your coach. Test it before lesson day so you have time to fix any audio or sharing problems.

1. Open the App Store and search for Zoom Workplace.
2. Tap Get, then open the app when installation finishes.
3. Allow microphone access when prompted, then try a test meeting.

Think about what you want to improve. A particular draft, matchup, or moment in a match gives your coach something specific to work through with you.

• Write down the decisions you found difficult and what you tried.
• Check your coach’s profile for their preparation requirements.
• Once bookings open, your booking details will contain your coach’s questionnaire and any material-submission instructions.

Choose matches that show what you want help with, and follow your coach’s instructions on how many to prepare.

• Use your phone’s screen recorder to capture full matches rather than only highlights or the final score.
• Check that the recording plays clearly. Note timestamps for the moments you want to discuss.
• If your question is about a draft, bring the map, picks, and bans as well.

For a combined session, prepare both your recordings and your live-play setup.

When bookings open, your booking details and private Discord channel will explain how to join your Zoom call.

• Check the lesson’s start time and time zone.
• Have your recordings, questions, and charger ready.
• Open the meeting a few minutes before your lesson starts.
