Alli

Alli is an assassin which specializes in chasing down enemies. That is due to her biggest strength, the trait (and one of the Gadgets), buffing her movement speed when an enemy is low on HP.

This makes Alli an excellent aggro that wants to keep going into fights, as once an enemy gets low, their death is almost guaranteed.

Her super only pushes this concept further, allowing Alli to go partially invisible, sneaking up on enemies even harder.

Damage (Effective): Alli is an assassin, so an increase in her damage is always welcome.

Gadget Cooldown (Effective): Having 2 good gadgets, this Gear is pretty useful regardless of which one you use.

Health (Situational): Could be useful paired with the Lizard Limbs Star Power, but might not be very necessary.

Shield (Effective): Extra survivability is REALLY useful for an assassin, especially one as eager to fight as Alli.

Vision (Ineffective): Alli's range is too short to make use of the gear AND she gains vision on enemies through her trait and Gadget. No reason to use this, ever.

Speed (Situational): Technically it increases her range while attacking from a bush, but it's a very niche use case.

Alli's visiblity moments during her super are NOT random -- they happen at each split on the ammo bar. Use this to sync your appearances with bush usage or as a timer for when to strike the enemy!

Despite what the game says, Alli's reload speed is noticeably faster while in her dashing form. Unless you cannot be seen, reload your ammo on the ground.

Alli's jumping attacks have a TINY unload speed; For best results when bursting brawlers down, make sure you fight in bushes to the best of your ability!

Alli's jump range scales with her movement speed -- while not always important, it's good to remember.

Due to movement speed affecting Alli's range, Crow and other slowing brawlers impact her fighting abilities A TON, since her range AND movement get heavily impaired.

Due to movement speed buffs extending Alli's range, she pairs perfectly with Max and Jae-Yong, far better than most brawlers.

While not very practical, she synergizes with Rosa due to her ability to place down bushes at will, which Alli wants to fight in.
